Welcome Screen

The default section showed in the system is the home section. When the system is installed, the first screen ask for the database information, then it proceeds to the installation screen and later goes to the login section to access the control panel. However, no home section is created by default and, if the administrator doesn't create it manually, when a users enters the site he/she will see a "Section doesn't exists".

Possible solutions are to either auto-create a home section and load it with a default welcome screen, to be later edited by the administrator, or to verify the existence of a home section and if it doesn't exists load the welcome screen.

In either case, the first step is to create this welcome screen with default information to the user.
